Order Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, all orders are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund due to the sensitive nature of the products.

Orders are processed promptly and shipping timelines range from 3–5 business days, beginning the day after order processing.

Lost or Missing Shipments

In the event that an order is lost in transit, a replacement shipment will be issued at no additional cost.
